Lottie Elizabeth Johnson covers entertainment for the Deseret News. She grew up in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, and attended Brigham Young University. She holds a B.A in English and music, and an M.A in mass communications. She loves playing the violin, watching "Jeopardy!" and gets a real thrill when she actually completes a crossword puzzle.
